Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Nudzie desktop application ("Nudzie", "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Nudzie on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app as your own, or attempt to reverse-engineer paid ("Pro") functionality to circumvent payment.

3. Your content and accounts

Any content you add - custom character images, custom sounds, reminder text - and any calendar accounts you connect remain yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

4. Third-party services

Nudzie can connect to third-party calendar providers (Google, Apple iCloud, iCal/.ics hosts) at your direction. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Nudzie is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party calendars, and connectivity depends on those providers.

5. Pro features and payments

Nudzie may offer optional paid ("Pro") features. Where a purchase is offered, the price, what it unlocks, and any refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Free features remain available without payment. Payment processing, receipts, and license-key delivery are handled by Dodo Payments and are subject to Dodo's terms.

A Nudzie Pro license activates on one device at a time. Deactivate the license in Nudzie before moving it to another computer. If you uninstall the app or lose access to a device before deactivating, contact support for help releasing the activation.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Nudzie to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the app's or a provider's systems. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

7. No warranty

Nudzie is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reminders will always fire on time, that calendars will always sync, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nudzie is a convenience tool - do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for critical events.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudzie and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed meeting, lost data, or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Nudzie at any time by quitting and uninstalling it; this removes the app and its locally stored data from your device. We may update or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
